[Event sub-process] process element
An event sub-process is initiated by an intermediate throwing event, [Throw message] or [Throw signal], at any stage of the parent process. For example, the customer can modify the order at any stage of order processing (Fig. 63).
In this case, the event sub-process for modifying the order is initiated whenever the customer decides to modify the order.
Event sub-processes cannot have incoming or outgoing sequence flows.
