How record pages are filled in

As part of a business process, the system can offer users to fill out the page of a new or an existing record. For example, to enter information for a new contact or to specify the status of the existing document (Fig. 1).

The process proceeds to the next step after record is saved. Process may also have additional configured conditions under which the task will be considered completed, for example, when specific fields are filled.

If a process action cannot be completed immediately after activation, it can be postponed. Click the [Perform later] button. System will show additional area, where you can indicate a new date and time for the step (Fig. 2).
