How to create an order based on an opportunity
You can create orders based by an opportunity during any stage. To do this, use the [Add order] button.
To add an order:
1.Open the opportunity by which you need to add an order.
2.Click the [Add order] button at the page top menu bar.
3.The system will ask whether to copy products from the opportunity to the order. Select one of the following:
•All – copies all products from the opportunity page to the created order.
•Select – copies only selected products from the opportunity page to the created order. When clicking this button, the lookup window with the list of products will be displayed. Select the products you need and click the [Select] button.
•Cancel – cancels the action.
As a result, the system will register the order connected to the selected opportunity. The products specified on the previous step will be added to the [Products] tab.
