System designer comprises the bpm’online configuration tools. Here you can:

Create and edit sections, set up section and page properties using the section wizard.

Add new or edit existing section details via the detail wizard.

Set up bpm’online visual appearance by uploading your corporate logos, change the color of the section panel, set up workplaces for different types of users.

Import Excel data into bpm’online.

Generate company organization structure, add users, set up functional roles and access permissions.

Set up dashboards and reports based on bpm’online section information to receive analytical data.

Use the mobile application wizard to set up the mobile app of your custom configuration.

Use the advanced settings of the system designer available in the [Admin area] block.
To open the system designer, click the 
button in the top right corner of the application or click the [System designer] link on the bpm’online home page.
