Fields that can be synchronized with MS Exchange
During the synchronizing process, the field values of contacts, tasks, appointments and emails are passed from bpm’online to MS Exchange and vice versa. Mapping of these fields is described in the development guide:

It is not recommended to modify the structure of bpm’online fields that correspond to Exchange fields as it may lead to synchronization errors.
