Key updates

New Commercial Sales workflow. You can now manage commercial lending from initial customer interest through to a funded loan within a single, governed, and auditable process built specifically for banking, running alongside existing retail flows. The process is structured around the key stages of the banking sales journey in the corresponding Creatio sections: Leads, Opportunities, Applications, and Loans. A commercial lead is captured and qualified, converted into an opportunity where the deal is shaped and taken through compliance and risk review, turned into an application that runs through underwriting, and completed as a funded loan record. Each stage flows into the next automatically, carrying customer, product, and compliance information forward. The process also brings together the roles involved in a commercial deal — relationship managers, risk and compliance officers, and underwriters — each working in interfaces tailored to their part of the flow.

KYB verification and compliance. It is now possible to meet compliance obligations in a repeatable, auditable way and keep risk decisions consistent across retail and commercial deals. You can verify commercial customers through a built-in KYB (Know Your Business) process across the commercial flow in Bank.AI. Verification runs on both the legal entity and the opportunity, and Creatio records each outcome, verification status, and risk score in an evaluation history that stays available for audit.

A passed KYB check is required before an opportunity can move forward to underwriting, so unverified deals cannot advance. Verification also acts as a gate on the applicant data itself. Information collected on an application form is committed only after its evaluation passes, and business and individual checks (KYB and KYC) now follow the same consistent logic.

Commercial lead management. You can now capture and qualify every commercial (B2B) and retail (B2C) lead in one place, bringing commercial lead management to the same standard as retail and improving the quality and accuracy of conversions across both segments. The experience adapts to the sales motion — surfacing the business and legal entity context that matters for a commercial customer instead of treating every lead as an individual — and a qualified commercial lead converts directly into the commercial opportunity pipeline with its context carried forward. Relationship managers move from first interest to an active deal without rekeying data or switching tools.

Legal entity application form. It is now possible to ensure a commercial application enters its KYB compliance review with a consistent, complete profile, reducing manual data entry and keeping applicant data accurate. Collect and verify a commercial applicant's information through a dedicated legal entity application form in the Application forms section. Creatio adds the form automatically when a commercial opportunity is qualified and populates it from the legal entity's existing data — company details, contacts, addresses, ownership structure, and documents — so relationship managers start from a complete picture instead of a blank form. The form stays editable only while it is being prepared, requires at least one ownership structure record before it can be submitted, and, once approved, writes the verified information back to the legal entity record.

Legal entity financial and ownership profile. You can now understand a commercial customer's financial standing and structure at a glance directly on the legal entity page, instead of pulling the information together manually from separate sources. A new Financial summary tab captures a company's income, cash-flow, asset, and liability data, presents consolidated KPIs and balance-sheet figures, and keeps equity calculated automatically as the latest figures change. An Ownership structure expanded list on the Legal entity info tab records beneficial owners, authorized signatories, and other related roles. An Entity & business details expansion panel adds registration information, countries of operation, and a risk score. New commercial document types round out the profile.

Document management on opportunities. It is now possible to collect and track all documents a commercial deal needs directly on the opportunity page, from the very start. This gives you a complete, always-current view of deal documentation, reducing back-and-forth with customers, and helping ensure a deal is fully documented before it moves to underwriting. Creatio determines which documents are required based on the selected product and keeps that checklist current as the deal evolves, so relationship managers always know what is still outstanding. Documents are shared across the deal — what is collected on the opportunity carries through to the application and vice versa — so nothing has to be requested or uploaded twice, and contract and signature documents appear on the opportunity when it is time to sign.

Reusable Dynamic parameters component. It is now possible to structure commercial deals quickly and accurately with less guesswork and rework using the new Dynamic parameters component on the Product details tab of the Opportunities form page in the Finserv Application Management app. Parameters relevant to the deal, for example, amount, term, or credit limit, appear automatically based on the customer's need and the chosen product. Only valid options are offered, and out-of-range values are flagged as they are entered.

Configure the component in the source code of the opportunity page. On the commercial opportunity, the component drives two independent parameter sets — one for the customer's need and one for the selected product — and generates the right parameters from each source. It validates entered values against the product's conditions and saves them together with the record.

The values captured on the opportunity then carry into the application created from it, so you never re-enter the same information as the deal progresses.
