Key updates

Redesigned application flow. Front-office teams can now process applications faster and with full control by using the redesigned application flow in Freedom UI. The Applications and Application forms Freedom UI sections now run with a guided page for every stage, and retail (B2C) deposit products, such as certificates of deposit (CDs), checking accounts, and savings accounts, come with a ready-to-use regulated business process that takes the customer from request to an active financial account.

  • Guided, regulated process. Each application moves through the customer details, product details, agreement and signature, and settlement stages. Creatio checks the identity and required documents before every step and prepares the contract only after the Know Your Customer (KYC) evaluation is approved, so every opened financial account meets compliance requirements. A declined application stores its closing reason.
  • Accurate customer data. The application form is populated from existing customer data, and the submitted changes are written back to the customer record, so agents do not need to re-enter same data.
  • Product-driven terms and documents. The application asks only for the terms that the selected product allows and builds the document checklist from the product, so agents do not need to know the rules of each product.
  • Automatic financial account opening. On completion, Creatio opens the financial account with the agreed terms and issues a debit card when the customer requests it, which removes manual setup after the sale.

Guided service in the consultation center. You can now help consultation center agents resolve the most common customer requests from start to finish by using prebuilt banking flows in the "Consultation center" sidebar on the communication panel.

  • Customer identification. Creatio asks the agent to confirm the identity of the customer before any change, once per consultation, which supports KYC requirements in the consultation center.
  • Financial account opening and product advisory. "Start a deposit account application directly from the consultation or help the customer choose a product from the catalog.
  • Customer data updates. Update the address, personal data, and identity documents of the customer without leaving the consultation.
  • Financial account closure. Close a financial account together with its linked cards when the balance is zero. An account with remaining funds or debt stays open until it is settled.

Customer 360-degree view for financial services. Relationship managers and service agents can now see the whole customer relationship on one page, as the Contacts section is extended for the financial services industry. The contact page now brings together:

  • AI insights and alerts, together with key analytics, for example, customer profitability, engagement, and churn risk.
  • Compliance and risk signals, including evaluations, unusual transaction patterns, and fraud alerts.
  • The financial profile of the customer: transactions, income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
  • The full product portfolio, including financial accounts, investments, loans, insurance policies, and cards, alongside applications, service requests, service agreements, and consultations.

Evaluation management. You can now help compliance officers run KYC checks and keep an auditable record of them by using customer evaluations. Creatio adds a KYC onboarding evaluation with standard checks, such as identity, address, sanctions lists, politically exposed persons (PEP), and adverse media. Creatio records the result of each check together with the verified documents and keeps only the latest evaluation active. Evaluations are connected to applications, so an application moves to signing only after its evaluation is approved.

Banking product catalog. You can now help product owners describe banking products in a catalog built for banking. Product categories and types follow industry-standard banking names, such as checking accounts, money market accounts, and certificates of deposit. Loan products can be refined further with subtypes. For deposit products, product owners define the terms and required documents once, and applications use them automatically.

CSR workplace. Customer service representatives (CSRs) can now start their day in one place by using the new "CSR" workplace. It brings together the sections that CSRs use, a homepage with the day's appointments, leads to process, and application and consultation metrics as well as a desktop that tracks their customers, financial accounts, and consultations.
