Each Creatio user can use Creatio.ai chat panel directly from the Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Teams by installing Creatio.ai add-in. Creatio.ai add-in for Outlook and Teams brings AI-driven CRM intelligence and no-code automation. The add-in lets sales teams, account managers, and customer success specialists configure AI skills based on your business needs without writing a single line of code.

In general, the setup of Creatio.ai add-in consists of the following steps.

Out of the box, the add-in is targeted at sales representatives and customer service agents. They can prepare and summarize meetings, review contact and account data as well as access opportunities.
