Use Creatio.ai for emails and meetings
Use the Creatio.ai add-in in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams to handle customer emails and meetings with full CRM context, prepare responses, and capture meeting outcomes without switching between applications.
A sales representative receives a request for pricing and a product overview. Using the Creatio.ai add-in in Outlook, they quickly analyze the email, identify the related account and opportunity, and generate a tailored reply with suggested next steps and meeting times. Before sending, they pull the latest opportunity updates and relevant documents directly into the email.
They then schedule a meeting and use Creatio.ai in Outlook and Teams to prepare, review account details, and track involved contacts. During the meeting, they capture notes in Teams, and afterward generate a recap — all without switching between systems.
Respond to a customer email using Creatio.ai

- Open Microsoft Outlook and go to the relevant message.
- Click the add-in button in the top panel. This opens the add-in as a compact side panel.
- Review the contextual summary prepared by Creatio.ai. The add-in displays key meeting data: participants, related accounts, and opportunity insights.
- Ask Creatio.ai to identify company, contacts, and the related account and opportunity. Review the displayed information.
- Ask Creatio.ai to prepare a draft reply.
Prepare for a meeting in Microsoft Outlook

- Open Microsoft Outlook and go to your calendar.
- Select a meeting and open the detailed view.
- Go to the Apps section → Creatio.ai. This opens the add-in as a compact side panel. You can open the add-in from the email window in a similar way as well.
- Review the contextual summary prepared by Creatio.ai. The add-in displays key meeting data: participants, related accounts, and opportunity insights.
- Proceed to Microsoft Teams.
Work with the meeting in Microsoft Teams

Open Microsoft Teams and go to the Calendar tab.

Select a scheduled meeting and open its detailed view.

Click the Creatio.ai tab or select Chat → Creatio.ai. The add-in opens as a dedicated tab within the meeting view.

Click Prepare for the sales meeting to start a contextual session. Creatio.ai retrieves relevant emails and CRM data related to the meeting participants. The system identifies the related accounts, contacts, and opportunities from Creatio.

Review the summarized meeting context that includes the following:
- customer details and related opportunities
- key stakeholders and current deal stages
- product interests and AI-generated recommendations

Use the chat panel to ask follow-up questions or generate a custom meeting agenda.

Open the Creatio.ai side panel during the meeting from the meeting window to continue the conversation, take notes, or verify CRM data in real time.

Reopen the same chat thread after the meeting to review the AI-generated summary or add post-meeting notes.
The Creatio.ai conversation remains linked to the specific meeting event. When you switch to another meeting, a new conversation starts automatically, preserving the context of each event.
