Analytics in the [Accounts] section

The [Analytics] view contains summary data on the section: charts, metrics, ratings and reports.

The [Account analytics] tab displays the summary of information about accounts that are registered in the system.

Note

Filters set in this section are applied to all dashboard components.

Customer base growth

Diagram displaying the number of contacts of the “Customer” type added in the system. The data is grouped by month and displayed in chronological order.

Top 5 industries by number of customers

Top 5 most popular industries among those registered in the system with the "Customer" type. The data is sorted in a descending order displaying the number of registered customers of a particular industry.

Number of customers

Calculated indicator Calculated indicator displaying the number of bpm’online accounts of the “Customer“ type.

Number of accounts

Calculated indicator Calculated indicator displaying the number of bpm’online accounts of the “Customer“ type.

Customers with no contacts specified

List of 5 accounts that don't have any connected contacts. It displays the accounts of the “Customer“ type sorted in alphabetical order.

Customers with no recent activity

List of 5 accounts that either don't have any connected activities or whose latest activity is expired. It displays records sorted in ascending order of the latest activity date. Clients without activities or with the earliest activities will be in the top of the list

Data sufficiency

The list of fields on the account page is given as a table. For each field the table contains the number of records where this field is filled in and the corresponding percentage. It also displays the number of entries that have no data in this field.
