Automate the planning of field visits through cyclic tasks
Use the [Cyclic tasks] section to automatically plan field staff visits to sales outlets. One cyclic task may schedule multiple visits over a certain period.
Note
After installing the “Field Module for Creatio” app, make sure you add the [Cyclic tasks] section to the needed workplaces.
Views
The section has two views:

– a list of cyclic tasks. Displays all cyclic tasks as a list of records.

– cyclic task dashboards. Enables you to analyze the effectiveness of cyclic tasks (the “Planned visits”, “Completed visits” and “Remaining visits” metrics) and plan the number of visits ahead of time (the “Available visits” metric).
