Users and roles management actions

Use the button on the roles tree toolbar (Fig. 1) to access other options available in the section.

Update roles

Run this action to apply the access rights that have been changed as a result of modifications in the organizational structure.

Editing an organizational/functional structure implies changes in access rights for users that have certain roles within this structure. For example, if the access rights for an organizational structure element [All employees] have been changed, changes will be applied after performing the [Update roles] actions.

Grant access to mobile app objects

Run this action to enable accessing bpm’online from the mobile app for system users.

Also, run this action to apply the changes if users have been added/deleted from the system or the product licenses have been added/deleted for some users.

Synchronize with LDAP

The action launches the synchronization with LDAP.
