New bpm'online update package has been released on 11/1/2016.

The new update contains over 70 new features and improvements, among which:

• Bpm’online marketing. Bulk email setup interface has been streamlined and polished. All settings for sending bulk emails are available on one page. The systems prompts on which settings to fill in and how. Also, website events can now be tracked on sites with dynamic URLs.
• Bpm’online sales. Interface for managing currency exchange rates has been updated. Exchange rates can now be set for the system’s base currency in relation to other currencies.
• Bpm’online service. You can now configure how bpm’online service reacts to “junk mail” in the support mailbox. Determine which emails should be flagged as “junk mail” and whether bpm’online should ignore them, or create and automatically close cases. Additionally, we have improved customer portal setup procedure, the functionality for working with attachments on the customer portal.
• Excel import. Duplicate processing rules have been improved. Source file validation messages are now much more informative. You can now view the list of imported records with a single click after the import is complete.
• Content designer. New content blocks are available for email templates. Also, you can now edit source HTML code of the text content blocks.
• User customization. If columns have been deleted from an object, the corresponding fields will be marked for deletion in the Section Wizard.
