We have decided to end support for Internet Explorer 11 starting with Creatio version 7.17.

• As of 2016, Internet Explorer 11 only receives security updates. IE 11 will not implement new web standards. Microsoft recommends using the Microsoft Edge web browser on Windows. Learn more in the “Microsoft Tech Community” article.
• Continued support of Internet Explorer 11 in Creatio would slow the development process down and limit the developers to using outdated technologies on the Creatio platform. This would affect both Creatio’s own developers and the entire Creatio community, including the developers of products, project solutions, and Creatio Marketplace solutions.
• Based on our research, the number of Creatio users who use the Internet Explorer web browser is less than 4% and keeps decreasing.

We also recommend using Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox to work with Creatio on Windows.
