New bpm'online update package has been released on 10/5/2016.

The new update contains over 60 new features and improvements, among which:

• Customer database management tools. The process of duplicate management when saving records has been updated. Now local duplicate search in the [Accounts] and [Contacts] sections is performed according to all duplicate search rules. New rules for searching duplicates in the [Contacts] section have been added, as well as ability to set up columns in the list of duplicate search results.
• Bpm’online service. Multiple improvements made processing of cases even more convenient. Among the improvements: ability to create cases with just a few clicks, updates to the logic behind selecting case assignee and closure code, as well as more convenient tools for case resolution feedback.
• Business processes. The process designer receives special attention during each bpm'online release. For this update, we added new rules for validation of formulas, as well as improved element and parameter search tools.
• Content designer. Email templates have been optimized for various devices and email clients, including Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and Yahoo.
