Phone integration setup

Bpm’online has a built-in integration feature with Webitel phone integration service. Bpm’online users can make internal calls just using the headset without any additional software installation.

To use other phone integration services in bpm’online, additional settings are needed.

Phone integration works in browsers that support the WebRTC tschnology:

  • Google Chrome, the latest official version on the bpm’online release date;

  • Mozilla Firefox, the latest official version on the bpm’online release date;

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 and higher versions;

  • Microsoft Edge;

  • Apple Safari, the last official version on the bpm’online release date.
