Integration with social networks
The bpm’online application can use the Facebook and Twitter social networks to search for information about contacts registered in the system and to store the data found on the contact page. By using the social network data, you can also search for contacts accounts and add them to the system.
To use the information about the contacts in any social network, you need to register the bpm’online application in the desired social network and set up the bpm’online account on it.
