Customer 360 overview
Use the Customer 360 app to create and maintain extensive databases of contacts and accounts that are accessible easily at any time. Contacts in Creatio are individuals that are customers, partners, clients, employees, and other business connections. Accounts are companies that are customers, partners, contractors, suppliers, competitors, and other business entities.
Creatio maintains the integrity and relevance of your datasets by regularly identifying and merging duplicate contact and account profiles. You can also search for duplicates manually. Learn more: Find and merge duplicates.
If you have the Customer 360 app installed, Freedom UI Designer will have new components you can use in your own customizations:
- Contact compact profile. Displays main data of a contact.
- Account compact profile. Displays main data of an account.
- Communication options. Lets you manage communication options of a record.
You can customize the Customer 360 app similar to any Freedom UI app to make sure it fits your business goals as closely as possible.

Customer 360 app includes Contacts and Accounts sections out of the box.
Use the Contacts section to manage information about contacts, group them by various parameters, and analyze the history of interactions with contacts. The contact form page includes personal information, socio-demographic data, communication options, preferred communication channels, timeline, attachments, and feed.
Use the Accounts section to manage information about accounts, group them by various parameters, track relationships among accounts and contacts, and analyze the history of interactions with accounts. The account form page includes company details, categories, socio-demographic data, banking details, contact persons, corporate structure, communication options, preferred communication channels, timeline, attachments, and feed.

Customer 360 app includes various tools that streamline contact and account management:
