Use Google Analytics on landing pages designed in Creatio
This functionality is available for Creatio version 8.3.1 and later.
This article deals with landing pages created using Landing Page Designer. The guide for connecting external landing pages is available in a separate article: Use Google Analytics on external landing pages.
Creatio supports native integration with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for landing pages designed using Landing Page Designer. You can connect GA accounts, have the GA tracking script embedded automatically, and view detailed performance analytics, all from within Creatio.
Connect GA account to a landing page
You can associate a GA data stream with any landing page made in Creatio to track user activity and behavior in GA and sync this data back to Creatio.
Before you connect GA account, make sure you meet the following prerequisites:
- You have administrator access to a valid GA4 property.
- You connected Google account to Creatio.
- You have permissions to publish or download landing pages.
To connect GA account to a landing page:
-
Go to the Landing pages section → the relevant landing page.
-
Open the Connect Analytics tab.
-
Click Connect account. This opens the Google authentication window. If you already have an account connected, proceed to step 5.
-
Sign in using your Google account and grant the requested permissions. After successful connection, the Connect Analytics tab will display a guide for linking a data stream. If the required data stream is missing, add a new stream in Google Analytics → click Refresh list to update available streams.
-
Select the stream name in the Data stream field.
-
Click Connected accounts to add more GA accounts if needed.
-
Save or publish the changes.
As a result, the published landing page will include the correct GA tracking script automatically. If the page is already published, update it to apply the changes live. Downloaded HTML files will also contain the appropriate GA script block for external publishing.
Ensure the Measurement ID in the embedded script matches the ID displayed under the selected stream name.
Synchronize GA data
Creatio automatically synchronizes GA data daily for each connected landing page. After you connect GA, wait 24–48 hours for data to get synchronized. The following information is retrieved and stored:
| Data type | Description |
|---|---|
| Daily active users | Number of visitors per day. |
| Channels and sources | Breakdown by acquisition channel and traffic source. |
| Device and country | User segmentations by device category and geography. |
| GA4 events | Counts for events like |
Contact-level tracking is also supported for the following contacts:
- Contacts who submit a form on a Creatio landing page.
- Contacts who open bulk email links that lead to the landing page.

Creatio automatically appends ContactId to bulk email links in both the legacy and new Email Designers.
View and analyze dashboards
You can view GA data both for a specific landing page and for all landing pages.
To view data for a specific landing page:
- Go to the Landing pages section → the relevant landing page.
- Open the Analyze performance tab.
- Review analytics specific to the landing page. You can view the Visitors dashboard for GA data and Submissions dashboard for submission analytics from page forms.
To view GA data for all landing pages:
- Go to the Web Analytics section.
- Open the Visitors tab.
- Use filters to narrow results by landing page or date range.
Troubleshooting
