Case management

One of the key components of the Creatio platform is its flexible and easy-to-use case management function. Creatio studio has all the tools needed for designing cases, their execution and monitoring.

You can easily adapt best-practice cases to your specifics in marketing, studio, service, and any other area, or design your own unique cases that fit your company's needs.

Case designer is a powerful tool for creating and configuring unstructured processes – “cases”. The case management concept does not require knowledge of a special notation, or programming language to design and configure cases in any Creatio section.

Note

Click [Set up section cases] in the [View] menu of the section for which you want to configure a dynamic case to open the case designer.
