The Dashboards section displays data from different sections of the system. We recommend you use this section to analyze and plan the work of each employee, each department and the bank as a whole.
The functionality of this section is similar to that of the Analytics view in the system sections, and is described in the “Dashboards” chapter.

This dashboard displays current results of your bank customer journey representative's work, and additional summary information required to make quick yet knowledgeable decisions. The displayed data relates to the current user only
| Number of new customers this month | Metric displaying the number of contacts whose owner is the current user and who signed contracts with our bank this month. |
| Case status | Diagram showing the information on the number of cases for the current month assigned to the current user. The data is grouped by case status. |
| Application amount this month | Histogram displaying the sum of applications submitted in the current month and assigned to the current user. The data is grouped by application products. |
| Application status | Diagram displaying the number of applications submitted in the current month and assigned to the current user. The data is grouped by application status. |
| Contract amount this month | Histogram displaying the sum of contracts submitted in the current month and assigned to the current user. The data is grouped by contract products. |

This tab displays KPIs of your managers’ work for the current month, as well as additional summary information required to make quick yet knowledgeable decisions. The tab displays summary data for all bank managers.
