Creatio AI Studio updates: September 30, 2026

With this update, AI Twin becomes even easier to work with in everyday conversations. The message box shows which agent you are talking to and lets you switch agents with one click. You can copy your own prompts to reuse them. You can also move between tasks in one conversation and return to building an agent at any point. When AI Twin cannot load or connect, it tells you what to do next. Learn more about all the new capabilities below.

AI Twin

Switch agents from the message box. The message box shows the icon and name of the agent you are talking to. Click the agent name to open the list of agents and choose another one. You can still type @ to open the same list. The agent name replaces the separate Mention button.

Copy your prompts. Your own prompts have a Copy action, so you can reuse a request without typing it again. To keep the conversation clean, message actions appear when you point to a message or move keyboard focus to it. They stay visible on the latest answer and on a prompt that is still running. On touch screens, the actions are always shown.

Archived chats from the Chats heading. The archived filter is on the Chats heading of the conversations panel. Click the heading to switch between active and archived conversations. While archived conversations are shown, the heading reads Archived chats. The filter appears once you have at least one archived conversation.

Reliable resumed and stopped answers. If you reload the page while an answer is streaming, the answer keeps streaming in place. It shows its actions when it is finished. When you stop an answer, the message box is ready for your next prompt.

Agent building across tasks in one conversation. You can move between tasks in one conversation with AI Twin. For example, you can go from building an agent to working with Creatio records and back. If a request needs a skill that AI Twin used earlier in the conversation, AI Twin opens that skill again and continues.

Clear guidance when AI Twin cannot load or connect. When AI Twin cannot load a conversation or reach the service, it tells you what to do next. After a connection interruption, it asks you to reload the page. When you are offline, it asks you to reconnect and reload. When your session expires, it asks you to sign in again. When your account has no access to AI Twin, it asks you to request access. The connection and offline messages say that your conversations are kept. Most messages offer Try again, and when your session expires, click Sign in. If AI Twin is not enabled for your Creatio instance, the message explains how to connect it to a chat environment in Creatio AI Studio.
