Enrich opportunity data

Creatio helps maintain the completeness and relevance of opportunity records using the data enrichment feature provided via the "Enrich opportunity" Creatio.ai Skill. Each use of the skill requires Creatio.ai tokens.

The AI Skill analyzes conversation content and updates the following opportunity fields:

  • Total contract value
  • Decision maker
  • Expected close date
  • Customer need
  • Competitors
  • Contacts
  • Products
Example

Extract and update opportunity information from meeting transcripts and email conversations automatically with a few commands.

To implement this example you need the meetings transcripts set up and saved. These can be obtained from recorded meetings, saved email conversations, or manual meeting notes.

  1. Open the Opportunities section.
  2. Open the page of the relevant opportunity.
  3. Click the btn_creatio_ai.png button in the top right to open the Creatio.ai panel.
  4. Upload a meeting transcript or provide customer conversation details in the Creatio.ai chat.
  5. Ask Creatio.ai to enrich the opportunity. For example: "Enrich this opportunity based on the meeting transcript."
  6. Review the suggested updates in the preview to ensure accuracy.
  7. Approve the changes to update the opportunity record.

As a result, Creatio.ai populates opportunity fields with information extracted from customer conversations and meeting transcripts.
