Dashboards in the [Service agreements] section
The Dashboards view contains consolidated analytics (diagrams, metrics, rating lists and reports) based on the section data.

The [Last month contract analytics] tab
The tab displays the last month statistics for the service agreements. The data is grouped by status, user feedback and number of overdue cases.
Number of active services | Calculated indicator displaying the total number of active services delivered by the company. |
Number of active services under active agreements | Calculated indicator displaying the number of services added to active service agreements. |
Best feedback service agreements | Diagram displaying service agreements with the best user feedback. The rating is calculated based on the average user feedback for each service agreement. Only cases added in the previous month are used for calculation. |
Worst feedback service agreements | Diagram displaying service agreements with the worst user feedback. The rating is calculated based on the average user feedback for each service agreement. Only cases added in the previous month are used for calculation. |
Overdue cases by service agreement | Diagram displaying service agreements with the largest number of cases that are overdue by response time or resolution time. Only cases added in the previous month are used for calculation. |
