Analytics in the [Problems] section
The Dashboards view contains consolidated analytics (diagrams, metrics, rating lists and reports) based on the section data.

The [Problem analytics] tab
The tab displays problem analytics by type, connected services, registration and closure dynamics.
| By services | Diagram displays how active problems are grouped by the service they are registered with. |
| By type | Diagram displays how active problems are grouped by type. |
| By cases | Diagram displays active problems that have the maximum number of cases. |
| Registered and closed problems by month | Diagram displays the total number of new and closed problems that are grouped by month. The chart that displays the number of new problems takes into account the problems registered within the current quarter. The chart that displays the number of closed problems takes into account the problems closed within the current quarter. |
