Analytics in the [Changes] section

The [Analytics] view contains summary data on the section: charts, metrics, ratings and reports.

The [Half-year KPIs] tab

This tab displays key performance indicators (KPIs) that define the performance of the changes team for the last two quarters.

Total number of changes

This indicator displays the total number of changes registered in the last two quarters.

Implemented

This indicator displays the number of changes in the “Closed” or “Implemented” state that were created in the last two quarters.

Canceled

This indicator displays the number of changes in the “Canceled” state that were created in the last two quarters.

Changes by source

This pie chart displays the number of changes grouped by source. Only changes added in the last two quarters are used for calculation.

Working time by change

This bar chart the displays average working time spent on implementing changes that were created in the current quarter. The data is grouped by change category and ordered by the working time, from highest to lowest.

The [Quarterly changes backlog] tab

Aggregate data about changes for the current quarter.

Registered vs. Closed changes

This diagram displays the total number of new and closed changes grouped by month. The data is displayed in chronological order.

Changes by incidents

This diagram displays how the number of changes is grouped by incidents. Only “Incident” cases added in the current quarter are used for calculation. Only changes completed in the current quarter are used for calculation. The data is sorted in descending order.

Changes in upcoming releases

A list of 20 changes that are part of releases scheduled for the current quarter.

The [Current status] tab

Analytics on changes for the current week.

Planned vs. completed changes

This diagram displays the planned and completed changes in chronological order. The number of changes to complete during the current week and the number of completed changes are shown separate. The data is grouped by the completion dates.

Overdue changes

This indicator displays the number of changes which are due for scheduled completion.

Planned changes

A list of 15 changes to complete this week.
