About Field sales for Creatio

Field sales for Creatio is designed to efficiently schedule the sales reps' visits to sales outlets, build routes on the map, manage the visit activities and assist sales reps during the visits.

Sales reps use Creatio mobile app in the field to check visit “to-do” list, conduct presentations, monitor SKUs and place orders.

To access the field sales functionality, install Field sales for Creatio application from the marketplace. Use the [Installed applications] section of the system designer to install marketplace applications. More information about installation of the marketplace applications is available in the separate article.

If your Creatio application is deployed on-site, make sure you are connected to the Internet to be able to download and install the additional “Field sales” application. To download and install the “Field sales” application:

  • Grant access to the https://marketplace.creatio.com/ web site.

  • Install the “Field sales” application.

Attention!

To access the field sales functionality, all sales rep users must be licensed separately.
