Bpm’online automatically re-sends trigger and bulk emails, if they are not delivered due to temporary unavailability of the newsletter provider/cloud service, application compilation, etc.

The leftover emails will only be sent to specific contacts, for whom they are still considered relevant. This relevance is set up in the [Acceptable period for the "Preparing to send" bulk email status (minutes)] and [Acceptable period for the "Sending in progress" bulk email status (minutes)] system settings.
Self-service portal

Self-service portal users can now recover their passwords independently by clicking “Recover password” on the portal login page and sending a password recovery request.

Details display data even if no list columns are configured. By default, details display the data of the primary column.

You can select the default system language for all newly created users. For example, if the default system language has to be Spanish, select the [Use by default] checkbox in the corresponding language record in the [Languages] section. As a result, the setting will take effect for all new users.

You can access the Marketplace from the main application page and download bpm’online add-ons directly from the system’s interface.

The position of an open tab will now remain in the visible screen area while adding or editing detail records, even if the page includes multiple configured tabs.

The filtering conditions of the [Contacts] account page detail have been changed. The detail will now display all contacts connected to the account, including those that work part-time. The [Primary] checkbox of the [Job experience] detail is used to filter contact records in the detail.

The process element icons will no longer end up in localizable configuration resources.

The synchronization of the contact/account page fields with the [Communication options] detail fields has been improved. If a system user does not have the rights to edit the contact / account profile data, their changes to the [Communication options] detail will not be displayed on the record page. For example, if a user deletes a phone number in a detail, it will still be displayed on the record page.

We fixed the issue that did not allow users to return to the section list from the record edit page without saving changes.

Following a connected record link from the list no longer results in an error for Internet Explorer 11 users.

In bpm’online sales and pharma, the mobile application will compare the GPS coordinates of the check-in location to the address specified on the account’s (doctor/pharmacy) page during a field visit.

In addition to the new “Gauge” dashboard component, mobile dashboards can now display graphs with multiple series.

A new [Dashboards] section navigation method enables mobile users to look for specific dashboards.

We have accelerated the process of creating an account (Just-inTime User Provisioning) during SSO integration. When the Active Directory folder data is synchronized with the user profile, the organizational structure roles are updated only for the current user, instead of all company’s user accounts.

The new UI elements enable you to quickly run business processes for individual section/detail records.
Configure the start conditions in the section/detail wizard. Additionally, you can specify the process parameter where the record id is passed.

Now users can configure automatic transition between case stages. The transition to the next stage occurs if the preceding stage steps are completed. Specify if only the required steps must be completed for an automatic transition to the next stage, or set the completion requirement for all steps (both mandatory and optional).

Bpm’online chooses the correct system setting values for members of the management group (if their settings are different from their employees) while performing certain processes, e.g., the Google calendar synchronization process.
Section wizard

Setting up business rules has become even easier. You can now select the titles of object columns instead of typing the code in the list of business rule conditions and filter settings.
Printables

The aspect ratio of bpm'online record images is kept in MS Word printables. Previously, the images adapted to the printable template proportions, which sometimes led to distorted images.

The system no longer reduces the speed of response when downloading printables in PDF with the section and page break used to format the uploaded document.

Users that are a part of the “Company management” organizational role will no longer experience log in issues.

While processing parallel requests, the stability of SystemUserConnection transaction processing mechanism has been improved.
