Analytics in the [Contacts] section
The [Analytics] view contains summary data on the section: charts, metrics, ratings and reports.

The [Contact analysis] tab
Summary data about contacts.
Note
Filters set in the section will be applied to all dashboard components.
New employees | List of 5 employees that have been recently employed by your bank. It displays the contacts of the “Employee“ type whose legal entity is “Our bank“ in descending order of the start date. |
Contacts with no imported information | This diagram displays the number of records on contacts with incomplete data grouped by owners. Records with incomplete data are the ones where either the [Communication options] or [Noteworthy events] detail is not filled in. |
Number of contacts | Calculated indicator displaying the number of individuals registered in Creatio. |
Contacts by decision-making role | This diagram displays how contacts are grouped by role in the decision-making process. |
Reports
List of contact’s noteworthy events. | This table contains a list of contacts and their noteworthy events for the selected period. It also includes their phone numbers and displays names of employees who are responsible for these contacts. |
Data sufficiency | The list of fields on the contact page is given as a table. For each field the table contains the number of records where this field is filled in and the corresponding percentage. It also displays the number of entries that have no data in this field. |
