Facebook field mapping to Creatio

Creatio maps Facebook form fields to columns of "Lead" (Lead code) and "Submission" (FormSubmit code) ("Submitted form" (FormSubmit code) in Creatio 8.3.0 and earlier) Creatio objects automatically when registering submissions from Facebook. Facebook forms support only English, Spanish, and Russian languages.

Field mapping is preconfigured and non-editable. The predefined mapping covers Facebook Lead Ads fields and privacy consent checkbox values. Field mapping relies on Facebook form field codes. To be mapped correctly to Creatio object fields, Facebook form fields must use the predefined field codes. View the way the mapping is configured in the table below.

Privacy consent checkbox behavior:

If the privacy consent checkbox is not enabled in the Facebook form setup, consent data is not transferred from Facebook to the Notes ("Notes" code) field.
If multiple privacy consent checkboxes are added to the Facebook form, values from all checkboxes are captured and written to the corresponding Notes fields in Creatio.

Fields mapped to "Notes" (Notes code) columns pass the field name and value in the format of "name": "value".
