AI Twin overview
AI Twin is the built-in assistant of Creatio.ai with which you interact through a chat. Describe an outcome in plain language and AI Twin helps you reach it. It builds and deploys reusable AI Agents for you, answers questions, researches topics, and analyzes your Creatio data directly in the conversation. AI Twin is available out of the box and turns everyday intentions into working automation without writing code.
Access AI Twin
AI Twin is the default agent of Creatio.ai and opens in the Creatio.ai chat. It is provisioned for each tenant and becomes available once the Creatio.ai Twin Chat is enabled setting is turned on for the relevant users in the AIManagement lookup. When the setting is on, open the Creatio.ai chat to start a conversation with AI Twin.
Build AI Agents from a conversation
The primary way to use AI Twin is to create AI Agents by describing what you need. Tell AI Twin the goal of the agent you want, and it designs the agent, composes the right skills and tools, and deploys it to your current environment. You can refine an agent later in the same way. Ask for a change, and AI Twin updates the agent while keeping its deployment and channels intact.
Building an agent this way covers the full lifecycle:
- Compose. AI Twin creates a new agent from your description, assembling its prompt, skills, and data access.
- Refine. AI Twin improves an existing agent's prompt, skills, or data access on request.
- Deploy and roll back. AI Twin publishes an agent version, deploys it to your working environment, and rolls back to a previous version when you ask.
- Inspect. AI Twin browses your agents and reports their deployment status and configuration without changing anything.
- Connect channels. AI Twin sets up and updates the channels through which users reach an agent.
- Attach knowledge. AI Twin creates knowledge sources from files or webpages, indexes them, and attaches them to an agent.
Every agent that AI Twin builds automatically receives access to your connected Creatio data, so the agents you create can work with your accounts, contacts, activities, and other records from the start. Learn more: Introduction to AI Agents.
Work with your Creatio data
Beyond building agents, AI Twin works with your Creatio data directly in the chat. Ask it to summarize your meetings for the week, review your open opportunities, or explain how a custom object is structured, and AI Twin reads the answer from your live Creatio records rather than guessing. It discovers the objects and sections available to you, inspects their fields and relationships, and returns links back to the exact records you can open.
Working with your data requires the Creatio CRM MCP integration to be connected for your environment. When it is not connected, AI Twin tells you so and shares a short setup note for your administrator instead of reporting that no data was found.
General assistance and research
AI Twin also acts as a general-purpose assistant for everyday work. It holds a normal conversation, answers questions, drafts and explains content, searches the public web for current information, works with the files you provide, and runs calculations. Use AI Twin for a quick answer or a research task the same way you would use it to build an agent.
