Enhancements by other Creatio apps

Additional composable apps enhance the functionality of the contact page in Finserv Customer Management. For example, they provide a complete view of customer financial activity and service history. Integrated tools for managing financial accounts, transactions, contracts, fraud alerts, and product applications let you access relevant data across multiple tabs, including Portfolio, Financial summary, and Applications & services. These enhancements streamline contact management, support regulatory compliance, and improve service delivery throughout the customer lifecycle.

Finserv Account Management app

The Finserv Account Management app delivers a comprehensive set of enhancements tailored for managing business customers in financial services. It extends the standard contact model with industry-specific data structures and integrated tools to support a 360° view of corporate financial activity.

The app provides the following enhancements:

  • View the most recent transactions associated with the contact in the Recent transactions expanded list of the Overview tab.

  • View all contractual documents associated with the contact on the Contracts & agreements expanded list of the Contact info tab.

  • View all financial transactions linked to the contacts on the Transactions expanded list of the Financial summary tab.

  • View key financial metrics as well as information on financial accounts, investments, loans, insurance, and cards on the Portfolio tab to get a structured view of the customer’s financial products.

Finserv Application Management app

The Finserv Application Management app provides specialized enhancements for handling the full lifecycle of financial product applications within Creatio. Designed for banks and financial institutions, the app supports structured intake, evaluation, and tracking of customer requests for products, for example, loans, credit cards, deposits, and insurance.

The app provides the following enhancements:

  • Manage regulatory oversight and fraud detection on the Unusual transaction patterns and Fraud alerts expanded lists of the Compliance & risk monitoring tab.

  • View customer interactions related to financial products and service engagement in full detail using the Product applications, Service requests, Service agreements, and Consultations expanded lists on the Application & services tab.
