Finserv Customer Management overview
Use the Finserv Customer Management app to get a unified view of your customer’s financial profile, including essential data and analytical insights. The app is designed for financial institutions that need comprehensive visibility into customer financial status, documentation, and compliance evaluations. You can customize the Finserv Customer Management app similar to any Freedom UI app to make sure it fits your business goals as closely as possible.

Enhanced contact page
View deeper financial insights on additional elements and AI-driven analytics on the enhanced contact page. The following enhancements help you understand the customer better:
- Review AI-generated analytical outputs and explore detailed performance metrics in the Overview tab.
- Inspect essential customer identity fields used in banking and financial services, along with all related files and recorded consents, in the Contact info tab.
- Assess calculated indicators supporting risk assessment and compliance, and examine results from completed checks such as KYC and other regulatory evaluations, in the Compliance & Risk Monitoring tab.
- Analyze income, expenses, assets, and liabilities for the contact in the Financial summary tab.

Document properties
Customize document properties to enhance organization and retrieval. Tag, classify, and filter financial documentation according to your internal policies and compliance standards.

Evaluations
Manage evaluations, such as KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML checks, directly within the Customer 360 workspace. Evaluation results are clearly presented, ensuring regulatory compliance and simplifying audit trails. Learn more: Create an evaluation.

Advanced customization
You can customize the app to further meet your goals by customizing the following objects:
AI insights and alerts | Stores AI insights and alerts powered by user-created prompts. Creatio displays five most recent insights and alerts related to the contact on the Overview tab of the contact page. Learn more about creating prompts: Develop Creatio.ai Skill. |
Contact income | Stores contact income data populated via integration or custom logic. |
Contact expenses | Stores contact expense data populated via integration or custom logic. |
Contact liabilities | Stores contact liabilities data populated via integration or custom logic. |
Contact assets | Stores contact assets data populated via integration or custom logic. |
Evaluation history | Stores results of compliance checks including but not limited to KYC and AML. Supports manual input or integration-based updates. Additionally, the "Contact" object was extended to store the resulting verification status. |
