Create a knowledge base article

To add an article:

  1. Open the Knowledge base section.

  2. Click New. This opens a page.

  3. Fill out the article fields.

Title

Enter the name of the knowledge base article.

Type

Select the type of the knowledge base article, for example, “Rules and regulations” or “FAQ.”

Rich text

Add the article itself. The field supports rich text.

  1. Open the Attachments tab and add relevant files, for example, documents related to the knowledge base article. To do this, drag the relevant file or click the button and select the file in the upload window.

  2. Click to set up access permissions for the article (optional). Learn more: Share records.

  3. Save the changes.

As a result, Creatio will add an article to the knowledge base list.
