Knowledge Management overview

Use the Knowledge Management app to create and maintain an electronic library of helpful materials that the employees use daily. Enrich the knowledge base with internal company policies, answers to the frequently asked questions, equipment specs, and other valuable information.

You can set up different access levels for the items in the knowledge base and their relations. This ensures the answers are easy to find in the knowledge base for everyone, including your employees from different departments, partners, and customers.
