value: The date and time value.

hourOffset: The hour displacement. The hourOffset parameter can be positive or negative.

The date of hour start for the passed System.DateTime instance.

Syntax

public static System.DateTime StartOfHour( 
   System.DateTime value,
   System.int hourOffset
)

Parameters

value: The date and time value.
hourOffset: The hour displacement. The hourOffset parameter can be positive or negative.

Return Value

The System.DateTime instance that represents the first minute of the hour for date and time passed by the value parameter.

Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
