source: First sequence.

secondSource: Second sequence.

comparer: Function that compares the items of the sequences.

Gets enumerator of items of the source sequence that are not present in the secondSource sequence, using the comparer predicate to determine equality.

Syntax

public static System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable<T> Except<T>( 
   System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable<T> source,
   System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable<T> secondSource,
   System.Func<T,T,bool> comparer
)

Parameters

source: First sequence.
secondSource: Second sequence.
comparer: Function that compares the items of the sequences.

Type Parameters

T: Any type.

Return Value

The enumerator that contains items from the first sequence that are absent from the second sequence.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
ArgumentNullOrEmptyException	If the source or secondSource argument is equal to `null`.
