Creatio AI Studio functionality training
Who should take this course
The training program is intended for solution architects, no-code creators, CRM administrators, and AI/automation leads who want to gain practical skills in designing, deploying, and governing AI agents within Creatio.ai Studio. Familiarity with CRM concepts and basic process logic is expected; no coding experience is required.
What to expect
Participants will learn how to build a Prompt Agent from the ground up, ground it with knowledge sources and reusable skills, and extend it with tools, integrations, and channels. Along the way, they'll apply governance policies like PII protection, then promote the agent across Dev, Stage, and Production while monitoring runs through Observability. The course closes with a capstone: each participant ships a full production-ready agent.

Platform Foundations & the Agent Core
Get oriented in Creatio.ai Studio and start building your own Prompt Agent from scratch. You'll set up its identity, instructions, and core behavior, then test and refine it live in the preview.
Grounding the Agent: Knowledge & Skills
Make your agent smarter by connecting it to real knowledge sources and reusable skills. You'll see how grounded answers differ from ungrounded ones and build a versioned skill your agent can rely on.
Extending the Agent: Tools, Integrations & Channels
Expand what your agent can do — not just what it knows. You'll add tools and integrations, then deploy your agent to a live channel like Web Chat.
Trust & Governance (Responsible AI)
Learn how to keep AI agents safe, compliant, and accountable. You'll configure governance policies like PII protection and see how decisions get logged and reviewed.
Deploy, Observe & Operate
Take your agent from Dev to Production the right way. You'll publish versions, monitor real runs, manage usage/costs, and wrap up by presenting the finished agent you built across the week.
