The “Indicator” dashboard component

The “Indicator” dashboard component (Fig. 80) displays a number or a date returned as a result of a system query, for example, the number of people employed by your company.

Indicators can display the following data types:

•   The total number of either all or filtered records of a system object, for example, the number of all bpm'online contacts.

•   Minimum or maximum value of a numeric field or a data/time field, for example, minimum or maximum call duration.

•   Sum or the average value of a numeric field, for example, the total amount of paid invoices, if your system enables you to manage invoices.
