After changing language, you must logout and re-login.

Note

After changing the language and re-logging, the individual settings of your profile will be reset to the default settings.  When you first log into a newly localized system, you should configure time zone, command line, notifications, email account settings, and accounts in external resources.  In the future, when you change languages, these settings will be saved.

The system interface, as well as all sections, including analytics and lookups will be displayed in the language specified in the user profile. Data contained in the system that are not its objects or values in the system lookups will be displayed in the source language. This means that account names, contact names, text comments, etc will not be localized.
