The Campaigns section is used in bpm’online marketing to plan and conduct marketing campaigns. You can use the Campaigns section to inform customers about your events, invite participants, get in touch with the contacts who are interested in your products and nurture your customer needs (lead nurturing campaign) using email correspondence.
To model a marketing campaign in bpm’online marketing, perform the following actions:
1.Create a new campaign in the Campaigns section. Define a campaign goal, add the target audience and model the communication chain with potential or existing customers.
2.Create records to be included in the campaign in the corresponding sections in the system: bulk emails, events and landings. Connect the items on the campaign workflow to the corresponding records.
3.Start the campaign and follow its progress. Bpm’online marketing manages the actions of the campaign audience from step to step by analyzing the previous response of each participant.
4.Analyze the campaign totals, conversion rates and how the campaign influenced the dynamics of lead acquisition.
