How to calculate the number of the opened emails

To get information about email opens, use the “pixel” tracking method. To do this, a one pixel image is automatically added to the bulk email. After the recipient opens the email, the image will be downloaded from the server. The number of the downloads corresponds to the number of opens

Note that in some cases, the recipient's browser or email software can block image downloads. For example, if a zero value is displayed in the [Opens] column of the [Audience] detail, but there are some clicks; it means that image download is blocked with the recipient and the true data about the opens was not received. Such cases will be analyzed by the system and calculated within the [Open rate, %] and [No. of opens] indicators of the delivery statistics diagram.
