Depending on the needs of users you can change the system language in bpm'online. By default, there are two language versions of the system — Russian and English. You can add other languages to the system and then localize it using simple and convenient translation tools.
You can manage the list of languages in the system designer of the [Languages] section. Translation of the interface and other elements of the system is performed in the [Translation] section.
Note
Access to the list of languages and translation is configured using the system operations: “Access to the list of languages" and "Access to bpm'online resources translation”. Setting up permissions for various operations is described in a separate chapter.
When localizing the system, the translation is performed in a single interface. All new elements of the system, for example, new analytics blocks, lookups, new section field titles that users have created in the system fall into a special table for later translation.
After changing the language the user will see the interface and all system data in the selected language.
