The Campaigns section is used in bpm’online marketing to plan and conduct marketing campaigns. You can use the Campaigns section to inform the customers about your events, invite the participants, get in touch with the contacts who are interested in your products to prepare for sales and nurture your customer needs (lead nurturing campaign) using the email correspondence.
To model a marketing campaign in bpm’online marketing, perform the following actions:
1. In the Campaigns section, create a new campaign. Define campaign goal, add target audience and model the communication chain with the potential or existing customers.
2. In the corresponding sections in the system, create records that will be included in the campaign: bulk emails, events or landing pages. Connect the items on the campaign map to the corresponding records.
3. Start the campaign and follow its progress. Bpm’online marketing will manage the actions of the campaign audience from step to another by analyzing the previous response of each participant.
4. Upon campaign completion, you can analyze its totals: if the goal was reached, the way the campaign influenced the dynamics of leads acquisition, and what the campaign conversion rate was.
