Manage integrated apps on the user profile page
Creatio lets you manage apps connected to your Creatio account on the External applications tab of the user profile page (Fig 1).

The tab displays the following expanded lists:

Connected external applications
This gallery displays a list of external applications that you connected to your account by granting access via integration. These applications have permission to access your data and functionality according to the consent you provided. You can open the integration page for any listed application to review or revoke access at any time.

Available external applications
This gallery displays external applications that you can connect based on your access permissions but have not yet authorized. To use any of them, open the required application and grant access by completing the OAuth authorization process.
Additionally, you can execute additional actions with connected apps.
View app parameters

Open your profile. To do this, click the user icon in the top right → Your profile.

Go to the External applications tab.

Select the app whose parameters to view.
- To view parameters of connected app, go to the Connected external applications expanded list.
- To view parameters of app that is available for connection, go to the Available external applications expanded list.

Click the app name.
As a result, the integration mini page that displays primary app parameters will open (Fig. 2).

Revoke the integration access for your Creatio account
System administrators can revoke integration access for Creatio instance or for a dedicated Creatio user using the integration page. Learn more: Revoke the integration access.
Additionally, you can revoke the integration access for your Creatio account using External applications tab of the user profile page. To do this:
- Open your profile. To do this, click the user icon in the top right → Your profile.
- Go to the External applications tab.
- Go to the Connected external applications expanded list.
- Click the app name whose access to revoke. This opens the integration window (Fig. 2).
- Click the Revoke access button.
As a result:
- The integration access will be revoked for your Creatio account.
- The integrated app will be moved from the Connected external applications expanded list to the Available external applications expanded list on the External applications tab of the user profile page.
To resume access, re-grant the external app access to Creatio.
