Process map, playback and implementation
We are continuously improving Studio Creatio, free edition - our free tool for designing, documenting and sharing business processes in a functional, accessible and unified ecosystem, perfect for any business process-related task, from sharing your personal business process expertise to developing end-to-end corporate business processes and internal regulations.
Visual process map. A process map visually interprets the high-level structure of the company’s existing business processes, their interactions with other processes and external factors. Process maps can include business processes (process diagrams or planned processes) or other process maps.
Process playback mode. Interactive demonstration of actual process flow will help speed up training of employees who work with a new business process. Using a special toolbar, a user can go through the key points in the process flow and read detailed comments for each element.
Interactive environment for business process specialists. You can publish your business processes as interactive diagrams for preview on third-party sites. The previews will remain linked to the corresponding business process in Studio Creatio, free edition: if the process diagram is modified, the preview will be updated as well.
Seamless implementation of designed business processes in Creatio products. Studio Creatio, free edition will be integrated with other Creatio products. The integration will enable conversion of any business process diagram in Studio Creatio, free edition to an executable business process in another Creatio product.
The [Forecasts] section will be re-worked completely, giving you better visibility, flexibility and control over your expected sales revenues.
The [Forecasts] section will feature better editing tools, including:
Columns setup. You will have an ability to add, edit, hide or remove columns in the forecast. Additionally, you will be able to drag & drop columns to move them across the forecast.
Time period setup. Calculated periods in forecasts will be more flexible, i.e., giving you an ability to display expected sales revenues for quarters, weeks, days or even hours.
Formula setup. Use formulas to calculate expected sales revenues in forecast columns.
Export. We will implement an ability to export data from your [Forecasts] section as Excel (*.xlsx) files.
An ability to select all accounts (or all filtered accounts) in the selection window.
An ability to add multiple records to a forecast via a dynamic folder.
We are expanding the PRM (partner relations management) functionality available on the Portal Creatio. The PRM portal configuration enables you to create meaningful connections with partners, ease your administrative burdens, keep track of partner communications and collaborate in real-time.
An ability to track marketing activities and the marketing budget.
An ability to navigate through your orders and quickly access key order data (similarly to the [Leads] and [Opportunities] sections).
The new Chart.js component will increase the overall processing speed of all dashboards in Creatio, while simultaneously enabling the implementation of new analytical tools and capabilities.
We will expand our printables functionality, giving you the ability to create web forms, application forms, registration forms, order forms, surveys and various other forms in minutes. New features include:
A revamped UI for setting up printables, with the ability to preview reports, advanced options for selecting, sorting and filtering report data. The new Fast Report tool does not require any technical expertise - anyone can build visually appealing printables filled with Creatio data in a couple of clicks.
An ability to export printables in the *.pdf format.
Contact number auto-detection
When receiving incoming calls, mobile app users on iOS will be able to auto-detect phone numbers of Creatio contacts who are not in the device’s phone book.
We will enable approval functionality for mobile apps. Approvals generated in Creatio primary application will be visible in your mobile device and you will be able to approve or reject opportunities, invoices, documents, and other records using push-notifications.
OData V4 support
When Creatio application architecture completely switches to .NET Core, the OData V4 protocol support will enable you to seamlessly switch from the .NET Framework.
Rules for automatic linking of emails
A number of pre-set rules for linking emails to Creatio opportunities, orders, leads, and cases will be added. For example, if an email was received from a customer who has an open opportunity, and the current user is a member of the opportunity team, the email will be linked to the corresponding opportunity. The rules will be available in the [Opportunities], [Orders], [Leads] and [Cases] sections. The setup process for custom linking rules will be simplified. Linking rules can be individually enabled or disabled for each mailbox.
Process log will receive the following updates:
A new mechnism will automatically cancel process instances with the “Error” status (a separate system setting will enable you to set a retention period for these processes).
A new mechanism will automatically delete archive business process data (a separate system setting will enable you to set a retention period for these data).
The new log will enable tracking the progress of case instances. The case log will save case launch and execution history for each case instance, stage and step. Each case instance will contain information on the time when the case was initiated, what stage is the case on now, who and when transitioned between the stages and who performed the case steps. Additionally, you will be able to resume or cancel case instances directly from the case log.
