With the help of landing pages you can set up registration of any system object that participate in working with the customer in bpm’online. Based on the data retrieved from the submitted web forms, bpm’online can create contacts, accounts and other system records. For example, you can use your website page containing special subscription offers, feedback page, as your landing page.

To set up landing page integration in bpm’online:
1.Create landing pages on your website. Follow the while designing your landing pages.
2.Connect your landing page to bpm'online and set up the field mapping between the case page and The field mapping will be done through the HTML code you embedded in your landing page.As a result, each case generated from the landing page of your website will automatically be saved in the Cases section for further processing in bpm’online.
3.Set up the landing forms processing. The form filled out by your customers will only provide the information that will be used in bpm’online. Depending on the purpose of the landing page, you can set up feature for some of the case page fields. For example, the feedback form on the website can automatically be connected to the “Service request” case.
