Additional Creatio Cloud services
The services described in this article are available to Creatio Cloud customers as paid add-ons to their platform plan.

Additional disk space
This service increases the database storage available to your Creatio site.
Database storage holds every record your team and processes generate. That includes section data, lookups, business process logs, localization data, access right settings, and internal service data of Creatio.
The amount of available storage depends on your Creatio platform plan:

If you exceed the included quota, purchase additional storage.
Each 1 GB unit of storage covers:
- hosting of your database and binary files in production storage
- retaining 30 days of backups in online and offsite storage
- reserving space for backups created as part of routine site maintenance
- storing service information and logs
Additional environment
This service gives you one or more separate copies of your Creatio site that you can use for development, testing, or staging without affecting your production data.
The number of environments included out of the box depends on your Creatio platform plan:

Each additional environment covers:
- a separate site, isolated from your production environment
- configuration aligned with the production site so behavior on the new environment matches what users see in production
Database backup copy
This service provides access to a backup of your Creatio Cloud database on an FTP server hosted in Creatio Cloud. You can download it to your own infrastructure.
Creatio Cloud creates a daily full backup of your database. The backup file uses the *.backup extension.
The backup copy service covers:
- storage of the backup files on a Creatio Cloud FTP server
- secure FTP access protected by TLS, restricted to a list of IP addresses that you provide
- a retention period of one week or longer, with the exact value coordinated with Creatio Cloud
Creatio stores binary files separately in an AWS S3 bucket. Their backup is outside the scope of this service.
VPN tunnel
This service gives you a private, encrypted IPSec IKEv2 channel between your Creatio Cloud site and your own network (Fig. 1). Use it to connect Creatio to systems that require a high level of security but do not support HTTPS, such as Active Directory.
The number of tunnels depends on how your sites are hosted in Creatio Cloud. If all your sites run on a single dedicated block, one tunnel covers them all. If your sites run on shared hosting and are stored on different web servers, you need a separate tunnel for each site.
Each VPN tunnel service covers:
- one tunnel between Creatio Cloud and a single customer site. For additional tunnels and sites, purchase additional services
- coordination of the connection parameters with you
- creation and configuration of the VPN server on the Creatio Cloud side
- a dedicated network on the Creatio web application server
- configuration of the application server for the tunnel
- connection testing to confirm the tunnel works end to end
- compatibility with supported MikroTik VPN implementations
The tunnel reaches the Creatio web application server only. Databases, file servers, and other Cloud resources remain accessible through their standard interfaces.
We recommend configuring your VPN server (hardware or software) on your side of the connection first, since customer-side VPN server configuration is outside the scope of the VPN tunnel service. The service does not guarantee compatibility with unsupported MikroTik VPN implementations.
To use this service, your network subnet must not overlap with subnet range 10.0.0.0/16 to 10.20.0.0/16, which is the Creatio Cloud subnet range.
This service does not install additional software components on the application server.
Custom site domain name
This service lets you serve your Creatio site from your own domain name instead of a creatio.com subdomain.
To enable the service, provide:
- a valid PFX certificate that you supply yourself, together with the Root CA and Intermediate CA chain. For security reasons, Creatio Cloud does not generate or extract certificates
- the password required to import the PFX certificate into IIS
- a certificate generated using a library supported by OpenSSL 3.x or higher that is not end-of-life and does not use legacy providers. You can check OpenSSL end-of-life dates here: endoflife.date/openssl
The service is purchased per site. For example, if you have a production site and a separate development site, you need to purchase two services.
Dedicated block hosting
This service hosts your Creatio sites on dedicated servers that are not shared with other Creatio customers. Common scenarios include deployments with 100–150 or more active users, resource-intensive integrations or customizations, stricter performance-isolation or security requirements, and custom maintenance windows that shared hosting cannot accommodate.
Each dedicated block covers:
- dedicated web and database servers
- environment setup configured to your requirements
