Key updates

Unified lead and referral lifecycle management. You can now centralize lead and referral handling while gaining full-funnel visibility within a single workspace by using the unified lead and referral lifecycle functionality that comprises advanced dynamic cases and business processes. Creatio automatically detects potential duplicate leads and referrals based on key customer attributes to reduce redundant outreach, improve data quality, and strengthen compliance control. Lifecycle stages and routing logic are optimized for retail (B2C) and commercial (B2B) processes to ensure structured stage governance and consistent handling. Leads can seamlessly transition to application or opportunity, improving conversion efficiency and enhancing pipeline transparency across segments.

Centralized reward program management. You can now drive structured customer acquisition and retention while maintaining full operational control and compliance oversight by using the Reward programs section. It consolidates customer-facing and partner-facing incentive programs into a single unified workspace. You can configure program rules, eligibility criteria, reward structures, and conditions using no-code tools to quickly adapt to market and regulatory changes. You can define and manage eligible products within each reward program to ensure precise eligibility control and prevent configuration errors. Referrers are automatically enrolled in the selected reward program when a referral lead is created, ensuring accurate participation tracking and incentive eligibility without manual intervention. The functionality provides end-to-end lifecycle tracking of program participation to support transparency, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance. An out-of-the-box referral program lets you launch referral-driven acquisition strategies immediately within a configurable, enterprise-ready framework.

Automated reward payments. You can now ensure accurate, rule-based incentive calculation and generation for referral-driven and lead-based programs by using "Generate incentive payment for referral lead" business process that is run automatically after successful referrals. It applies configurable remuneration rules with flexible condition logic, automatically generates incentive payment records in the "Incentive payment" (ReferralIncentive code) object only when predefined success criteria are met, prevents duplicate payments, and provides predefined payment statuses. This enables structured processing, eligibility control, traceability, and seamless integration with external financial systems.

Referral performance visibility. You can now gain immediate insight into referral effectiveness and incentive outcomes directly from the contact page by using the dedicated Programs & rewards tab. It consolidates reward program participation, referral activity, earned incentives, all referred leads, and aggregated metrics such as total referrals and referral results into a single structured view. This enables faster analysis and more effective engagement with high-value referrers.
