Creatio.ai add-in for Outlook

Creatio.ai add-in for Outlook brings AI-driven CRM intelligence and no-code automation directly into your Outlook inbox. The add-in lets sales teams, account managers, and customer success specialists configure AI skills based on your business needs without writing a single line of code.

Using Creatio.ai, you can automate repetitive tasks, retrieve CRM insights and interact with AI-powered virtual agent assistants to streamline sales operations directly in Outlook.

1. Install Creatio.ai add-in for Outlook​

You can install the Creatio.ai add-in for Outlook in one of the following ways:

  • from Microsoft Outlook
  • directly from Microsoft AppSource

Install Creatio.ai add-in from Microsoft Outlook​

For a new Outlook desktop app or Outlook Web:

  1. Open the Outlook desktop app or Outlook Web.
  2. Open the Add-ins for Outlook. To do this, go to the Outlook navigation panel → click → Add apps. This opens the Apps page.
  3. Find the Creatio.ai add-in. To do this, go to the Apps page → Search apps and more field → enter the "Creatio.ai" search query → select the Creatio.ai add-in.
  4. Install Creatio.ai add-in. To do this, click Add. The installation might take some time.

As a result:

  • The Creatio.ai add-in will be added to the Apps window. Use Creatio.ai when working with a single email in a separate window or the message list.
  • The "Creatio" group that includes the Open Creatio.ai button will be added to the Event tab on the New event window. Use Creatio.ai when working with a single event in a separate window.

For a classic Outlook desktop app:

  1. Open the Outlook desktop app.

  2. Open the Add-ins for Outlook.

    Depending on the Outlook version you have installed, use one of the following ways:

    • Go to the Outlook ribbon → click File → Manage Add-ins. This opens a new Outlook Web and displays the Add-Ins for Outlook window.
    • Go to the Outlook navigation panel → click → Add Apps. This opens the Apps page.

  3. Find the Creatio.ai add-in.

    • If you open the Add-ins for Outlook from the ribbon, go to the Add-Ins for Outlook window → Search add-ins field → enter the "Creatio.ai" search query → select the Creatio.ai add-in.
    • If you open the Add-ins for Outlook from the navigation panel, go to the Apps page → Search apps and more field → enter the "Creatio.ai" search query → select the Creatio.ai add-in.

  4. Install Creatio.ai add-in.

    • If you open the Add-ins for Outlook from the ribbon, click Add → Continue.
    • If you open the Add-ins for Outlook from the navigation panel, click Add.

    The installation might take some time.

As a result, the "Creatio" group that includes the Open Creatio.ai button will be added to the following tabs:

  • The Home tab on the Outlook ribbon. Use Creatio.ai when working with a single email in the message list.
  • The Message tab on the New email window. Use Creatio.ai when working with a single email in a separate window.
  • The Event tab on the New event window. Use Creatio.ai when working with a single event in a separate window.

Install Creatio.ai add-in directly from Microsoft AppSource​

  1. Open the Microsoft AppSource.

  2. Find the Creatio.ai add-in. To do this, go to the Search AppSource Apps field → enter the "Creatio.ai" search query → select the Creatio.ai add-in. This opens the Creatio.ai page.

  3. Install Creatio.ai add-in.

    1. Click Get it now.
    2. Log in to Microsoft account using your credentials if needed.

    The installation might take some time.

As a result:

  • The Creatio.ai add-in will be added to the Apps window. Use Creatio.ai when working with a single email in a separate window or the message list.
  • The "Creatio" group that includes the Open Creatio.ai button will be added to the Event tab on the New event window. Use Creatio.ai when working with a single event in a separate window.

2. Use the Creatio.ai in Outlook​

You can interact with Creatio.ai directly from Outlook. To do this:

  1. Open an email in Outlook.

  2. Open the Creatio.ai task panel.

    • For a new Outlook desktop app or Outlook Web, click → select the Creatio.ai add-in.
    • For a classic Outlook desktop app, go to the Message tab → go to the "Creatio" group → click the Open Creatio.ai button.

  3. Enter the Creatio URL.

  4. Log in to Creatio using your credentials. This opens the Creatio.ai chat in the Creatio.ai task panel.

  5. Perform a required task.

    Creatio.ai comes with a set of pre-configured AI Skills that let you get started with intelligent automation right away. View the comprehensive list of out-of-the-box AI Skills available in Creatio.ai chat in the Creatio.ai task panel in the table below.

    Click the Reply to email button or enter the corresponding request.

    Find a slot for the meeting with needed people based on their calendars.

    Enter the corresponding request. For example, "Schedule a meeting."

    Execute a custom request.

    Enter a custom request. For example, "Suggest next interactions with this assistant."
